Katerina is fantastic! Very friendly, professional, efficient, social and respectful. Her spa is very clean and organized and I always have a pleasant experience when there. I have tried a few other sugaring spas in Toronto and this has been the best one. Highly recommend.

As always an outstanding experience!

I love this place. The staff are very friendly, but also sensitive to the times when you have an appointment at the end of the day, and are too tired for conversation. I have seen multiple practitioners for cuts, colour, and many of the esthetician services, and have always been pleased. I shopped around when I first came to Toronto before I found a place I was satisfied with.

I’ve had bio gel on my nails for years now, and wanted them off so I can let my nails breathe. Zoe did a fantastic job of removing the bio gel, she was precise, but gentle not to damage my nails. I also got the deluxe manicure, which, if you have not had I recommend. Overall, I left very happy!! Thank you Zoe! For the wonderful care and job you did!

Excellent service! My experience was painless and quick. Katerina was very nice and I greatly appreciated how she was very cleanly and hygienic changing gloves for each service. I would highly recommend this place!

I love this place! Anytime, I have been there, I got an excellent service! I have very chaotic schedules which personal care usually comes last therefore, most of the time I come as walk in! But they always accommodate my need with great attention. I always feel welcomed here!

My hair was a disaster- damaged, I had used different pharmacy hair colours and it is thinning at a rapid pace. A friend recommended I try the Venus Victoria Salon. Bill did a fabulous job with the colour and Teighlor with the cut. I am positively delighted and will be a faithful client from now on. I live in the east end of Toronto but it’s worth the drive to get my hair done right. It looks great and Teighlor even recommended products that help build volume and hide the thinning. when i tell you Blue did her thing today she did THAT!!!! she asked me what colour i wanted and i told her and she’s like “no problem i got you” and she knows how much i love orange juice so she offered me some before i asked! i wish i can give ten stars for this set cause this is honestly her best work so far i can’t stop looking at them! give Blue a raise! she exceeds my expectations every single time!!!
