Overall good but it would be nice to wipe off the nails after soak off and file before gel is applied.

I had the Biogel manicure done by Andy and I can honestly say I have never had such a thorough yet relaxing nail treatment. The atmosphere is peaceful and intimate, while Andy, my nail technician, truly showed that she is a master of her craft. She will not let you leave with so much as a cuticle out of place or an uneven nail bed! Thank you ❤️

One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. My treatments were amazing, especially the head massage during my dermaplaning. Sarah also checked in to make sure I was well taken care of because she knows how I am about my brows. I cannot wait to return when I’m back in Cape Town! Thank you xx

I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

Fuzzy does the best manicures in Cape Town. Her eye for detail is extremely impressive.

Honestly the best massage in Cape Town. I have been to numerous places and nothing compares to this. I had the 4 handed Swedish massage which was magnificent. I also had a head massage that just made me melt.

If you’re booking your soak offs at any other nail salon then you really need to change to this one! Andy used an e-file on me for the file off process and it makes a world of difference. No discomfort or pain and it takes half the time! I really felt like she gave a lot of consideration for my nail health and longevity as she explained that she left a thin layer of Biogel at the top of my nails (not visible) so that my natural nails could be even stronger to avoid breaking. So sweet! Would definitely recommend ⭐️

Shelley’s attention to detail was phenomenal. My cuticles were prepped perfectly so my nails will last as long as possible. As a skin/nail picker, I really appreciated that she made sure there were absolutely no rough or bothersome bits on my nails that would entice me to pick at the polish or my cuticles. 10/10 would recommend! I can’t wait to go back 💜

The best manicure I have ever been. Seriously, the gel looked perfect and not that thick layer, super professional, I recommend.

I had a gel manicure and pedicure with Monique and couldn’t be happier. She took her time, paid close attention to detail, and made sure I was completely satisfied. The space was clean and relaxing, and my gel nails look stunning. Highly recommend her services!

Artisan Skin - the crème de la crème of skin clinics in Cape Town. I couldn't recommended them more. The therapists are extremely knowledgeable and professional. A really top class team. Plus the ambiance and luxurious rooms makes even a bikini wax feel like a spoil!

I am in Cape Town for a short while and I walked into Jem inquiring about lashes. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who called the lash tech to talk to me. She sounded very knowledgeable so I made an appointment. I had my old ones removed and a new set done. I am very happy with my new lashes. They look beautiful and I would definately recommend Shimene.

Mecayla was amazing! Such attention to detail. She really took her time perfecting my brow shape and colour.
