Tina did a great gel mani. She’s friendly, efficient & was patient with me selecting my nail colors. Only thing is she forgot to do the massage that is usually done. Joan did an awesome job with my pedi. She’s polite and was able to get my toes to look way better than when I came in. This was SO much better than the last time I was here where the male techs was pushy af in up saling me. Insult to injury he cut my cuticle area making my finger bleed & did a bad manicure. Also asked my ethnicity. Wish they played better music like the chill ambient jazz that was played when it was tinct.

Yb professional was great! I came in for a Gelx removal with damaged nails. They were able to remove the Gelx gently and took great care to keep my nails from further damage. We decided that for now it was best to repair my nails to a nice fresh, clean look with the Russian manicure. I was also referred to the right nail bed repair medication to use at home in between manicures so that I could get my regular sets again. This is my new regular spot for sure!

The indoor lighting makes it difficult to really see the polish colors on the sample books. I preferred the experience of being able to see the bottles on the shelf. My nail tech and I also struggled to find an appropriate color. I have tan skin and I’ve had a few experiences at this salon (also when it was under previous ownership) of feeling limited by the color-selection. Also, the built-in fans at the front desk were not working. My tech provided a mini fan at her station. I dried for 30 minutes and my nails still scuffed/scratched once I got home. I think the fan impacts drying.

I've been to the Maison Pasadena location before, and was very happy that you opened one closer to my home. Terry did amazing with my java glow pedicure, I absolutely love this service. My essential manicure was good too, but I didn't get a hand soak like I had in Pasadena. Overall I had a wonderful experience and will be coming back.

Fantastic! Kayla did my pedicure. Incredible attention to detail and her massages are just the best. Kelly did my manicure. Phenomenal builder gel! What an expert. My nails have never looked this good and she was super fast too.

I had a great experience! The staff are friendly and welcoming. It was my first time getting a Russian manicure and they explained the steps and my options thoroughly. The space is calming and bright. Most importantly, the space is clean and their attention to detail and hygiene is impeccable. I’m super happy with how my nails look and feel! I’m definitely coming back!

Hospitality was 10/10, you can tell they truly care about their customer’s experience. They made sure I was very comfortable and checked in with me often. Kate, my nail tech, did an amazing, super clean job! I can never go back to regular manicures, Russian manicures are the truly the best.

The technicians paid so much attention to detail and the service was great all around. Usually when salons remove a prior gel mani they ruin my nails but Rose did an amazing job with mine and my mani. Can’t wait to come back!

This was my first time coming to Maison Nail Spa. My experience was 10/10! Professional and clean environment. Emily took such great care of me. She did both my manicure and pedicure. I hate to admit this, but I’m a bit picky when it comes to my nails. She did such a beautiful job! So clean and what I would call “crispy!” It looks like I got a Russian mani-pedi. Clean edges, leveled polish and perfectly shaped. SO Happy!!!

Today Natalia did an amazing JOB on my beautiful Frenchy almond shape manicure with hard gel . She was not rushing gentle on the hands and great personality. Customer service is always great at YB professionals, good vibes and very clean . Nice music great color selection for mani & peds. Yulia has a great team who are always so kind . 10/10 recommend book today if you haven’t wil never disappoint 💜

Love this place! Everybody is so friendly and super attentive. I recently moved to DTLA and was having such a hard time finding a good local Russian manicure spot, but I can finally say I found one. The nail techs are incredibly detail-oriented and really take their time to make sure everything is perfect. If you’re around the area or near DTLA, I would definitely recommend this spot. Can’t wait to go back!
