I came to Kiki’s after getting BIAB at a different salon. Thank goodness for Grace. I explained how my nails were feeling so weak after being over filed with an electric file. She reassured me and got a new set done and she answered my questions about care etc. This time my BIAB looked great, and loved the colour. So I came back today for my infills and again Grace was fab. Great work and lovely conversation. Will be coming back to Kiki’s from now on 😀

My feet look and feel amazing, and the hybrid polish was applied perfectly. The whole treatment was comfortable, hygienic, and relaxing. Such a wonderful relaxing experience having a manicure and pedicure today with Jowita. Im attending a wedding and wanted a classy demure look. Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Second of all, my hair is beautiful! Kacey listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly! And on top of all that, she's a sweetheart - funny, kind and creates the best atmosphere for getting your hair done! Thank you!!!

You know you are in good hands, Jowitas attention to detail is exceptional. My thick unruly cuticles are no more! My nails were buffed to a beautiful natural shine( nursing. doesn’t allow polish) followed by a relaxing hand massage. Perfect !
