I came to Kiki’s after getting BIAB at a different salon. Thank goodness for Grace. I explained how my nails were feeling so weak after being over filed with an electric file. She reassured me and got a new set done and she answered my questions about care etc. This time my BIAB looked great, and loved the colour. So I came back today for my infills and again Grace was fab. Great work and lovely conversation. Will be coming back to Kiki’s from now on 😀

i’ve never been happier with my nails! i got biab and im absolutely over the moon with Blanka’s work. She really took her time with cuticle work and the biab application making them all so perfect. So approachable and friendly and i couldn’t fault her or her nails!! Book in! 5/5⭐️

Such a wonderful relaxing experience having a manicure and pedicure today with Jowita. Im attending a wedding and wanted a classy demure look. Jowita listened so closely to what I wanted and I am over the moo.n with the beautiful finish on my nails. A beautiful salon, light , clean and welcoming, I felt so comfortable and looked after. Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Second of all, my hair is beautiful! Kacey listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly! Felt great after my manicure, pedicure, electrolysis and back, neck and shoulder massage. Always wake up happy knowing I will be pampered by great ladies.

I had my manicure booked and unfortunately had broken a nail, Jess kindly sorted this out. I then had an amazing Christmas manicure with nail art. Thank you Jess they look brilliant

You know you are in good hands, Jowitas attention to detail is exceptional. My thick unruly cuticles are no more! My nails were buffed to a beautiful natural shine( nursing. doesn’t allow polish) followed by a relaxing hand massage. Perfect !
