Fern is incredible! From the moment I booked, she messaged me asking for inspiration photos so she could prepare in advance – that showed true professionalism. I sent my ideas and she carefully planned every detail. During the appointment, she was patient, attentive and made sure everything matched my vision. The result? Manicure, brow shape and I felt relaxed already. Followed by back neck massage with reflexology. I fell asleep and woke up totally refreshed and relaxed. Debbie’s treatment room is always welcoming, calming candles, music that is calming - add Debbie’s friendly welcome and magic hands what more is needed on a Friday afternoon to relax into the weekend 😊

In fact I fell asleep through my treatment which was even better. Lovely experience in a mostly calming surrounding. The manicure and pedicure look great. Skye was lovely. The only negative was the music. Sorry, but horrible nasty lyrics from the likes of Kanye and Diddy. I’m not easily offended, but I found it difficult to fully unwind with the noise and lewd language in my ear for 2 hours. I would suggest something a bit lighter for clients to enjoy while relaxing during the fabulous treatments.

Gemma is the only one I trust with my lashes and she has outdone herself once again. The best in Leeds!

Lovely little spa, highly recommend the back exfoliation, so relaxing 😴 and the best LVL Lash therapist in Leeds.
