I recently visited Reach Medspa for the Naked Nail Manicure, and I must say, the experience exceeded all expectations. As a 30-year-old man who isn't accustomed to nail care, the staff made me feel incredibly comfortable and the atmosphere was also very inviting. Truly outstanding customer service. I really appreciate that the manicurist highlighted my natural look and that they took the time to explain each step, making sure I felt at ease. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

This was my first visit at Zensoma Wellness. Alesa provided me the service this evening. She is super sweet, is very patient and helpful. I am 1000% satisfied with her suggestions for my.manicure and pedicure. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised with the mini massage she provided me after my manicure. Annie was wonderful to talk to - she takes her time to explain in detail and ensures the guests are comfortable as well as satisfied with the services being provided.
