Alexa always does such an amazing job with my nails, and she constantly checks to make sure you're satisfied with the service. The service was awesome and all staff are very friendly and helpful. They were always checking in to make sure I was okay throughout the service. The deluxe pedicure was amazing, and the massage was so relaxing. I am super happy with my manicure as well, and there were so many colours to choose from.

Exceptional, Jen's attention to detail left me awestruck. From the shape and length of my nails to selecting a colors. She removed the old dip eith no damage to my nails. I look forward to my next visit.

Polish is even and close to the cuticle. Still shiny days later, which is amazing!

I really enjoyed my treatment today. We started with a beautiful manicure and then an amazing facial. My skin feels like butter and is glowing. Jenn gave me the treatment customized to my concern. I am 1000% satisfied with her suggestions for my.manicure and pedicure. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised with the mini massage she provided me after my manicure. Annie was wonderful to talk to - she takes her time to explain in detail and ensures the guests are comfortable as well as satisfied with the services being provided. It truly feels like home, and I love the privacy it offers compared to commercial spas. The place is spotless, and Annie, along with the rest of the team, is incredibly warm and welcoming. Everyone is kind and professional. They offer a selection of drinks - hot tea, lemon water, or hot water plus along with light snacks, which is such a thoughtful touch. I left feeling completely rejuvenated after the massage. The hand mask was also a lovely surprise as it was my first one in 25 years of getting manicures 😍

I recently visited Reach Medspa for the Naked Nail Manicure, and I must say, the experience exceeded all expectations. As a 30-year-old man who isn't accustomed to nail care, the staff made me feel incredibly comfortable and the atmosphere was also very inviting. Truly outstanding customer service. I really appreciate that the manicurist highlighted my natural look and that they took the time to explain each step, making sure I felt at ease. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.
