The service was awesome and all staff are very friendly and helpful. They were always checking in to make sure I was okay throughout the service. The deluxe pedicure was amazing, and the massage was so relaxing. I am super happy with my manicure as well, and there were so many colours to choose from.

This was my first visit at Zensoma Wellness. Alesa provided me the service this evening. She is super sweet, is very patient and helpful. I am 1000% satisfied with her suggestions for my.manicure and pedicure. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised with the mini massage she provided me after my manicure. Annie was wonderful to talk to - she takes her time to explain in detail and ensures the guests are comfortable as well as satisfied with the services being provided. It's a spa like service provided with at home experience. Very highly recommended. Thank you!

Jenn was amazing, I got a mani and a facial and I feel so refreshed! She has fun colours for your nails and BIAB has made my nails feel so strong after getting a bad quality mani from another salon jenn saved my nails! Her facials are also always catered to what your skin needs!! 10/10 service and quality

It truly feels like home, and I love the privacy it offers compared to commercial spas. The place is spotless, and Annie, along with the rest of the team, is incredibly warm and welcoming. Everyone is kind and professional. They offer a selection of drinks - hot tea, lemon water, or hot water plus along with light snacks, which is such a thoughtful touch. I left feeling completely rejuvenated after the massage. The hand mask was also a lovely surprise as it was my first one in 25 years of getting manicures 😍

Jenn is very knowledgeable and when you come in she assesses your skin and tailors the treatment accordingly. The whole experience is relaxing and at the end she will give a plan to follow up.

I’m an office worker and don’t usually pay much attention to hand care or massage. I came across their video on instagram and decided to try the basic paraffin treatment after a long period of stress. The space is warm and cozy, very peaceful, and helped me recharge. I recently visited Reach Medspa for the Naked Nail Manicure, and I must say, the experience exceeded all expectations. As a 30-year-old man who isn't accustomed to nail care, the staff made me feel incredibly comfortable and the atmosphere was also very inviting. Truly outstanding customer service. I really appreciate that the manicurist highlighted my natural look and that they took the time to explain each step, making sure I felt at ease. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

It was nice to meet Alexa tonight. I came a bit late, but she still welcomed me. Her skills were perfect, and she never forgot to explain everything to me before doing anything. I love her work, and the price is competitive as well. For a student like me, I am very happy with it.
