The service was awesome and all staff are very friendly and helpful. They were always checking in to make sure I was okay throughout the service. The deluxe pedicure was amazing, and the massage was so relaxing. I am super happy with my manicure as well, and there were so many colours to choose from.

I recently visited Reach Medspa for the Naked Nail Manicure, and I must say, the experience exceeded all expectations. As a 30-year-old man who isn't accustomed to nail care, the staff made me feel incredibly comfortable and the atmosphere was also very inviting. Truly outstanding customer service. This was my first visit at Zensoma Wellness. Alesa provided me the service this evening. She is super sweet, is very patient and helpful. I am 1000% satisfied with her suggestions for my.manicure and pedicure. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised with the mini massage she provided me after my manicure. Annie was wonderful to talk to - she takes her time to explain in detail and ensures the guests are comfortable as well as satisfied with the services being provided.
