My experience was fantastic. I was apprehensive at first given how much I had neglected my hair but Nathalie made me feel so welcome and gave such great advice. So happy with my cut and can't wait to visit again.

I had my first appointment at Crown Thairapy with Zoe today and oh my golly gosh, what a blissful experience! Zoe listened to what I wanted to achieve with my hair and she far exceeded my expectations. Highlights for me were being greeted with smiles the moment I walked in, Zoe’s kindness and the way she understood my vision for my hair, the perfect cup of tea and bickie, THE BEST scalp massage I’ve ever received during a hair wash, the beautiful and relaxing environment, the playlist and the delight of seeing my colour and cut in the way Zoe blow dried and styled my hair. Very impressed!
