Kindness and practical help this morning, when we forgot my husband's kit for his toenail cutting - we were so rushed today. An emergency one-off kit supplied, £7 - such a good idea to have them. And telling us we can next time bring his kit and leave it with the ladies - to prevent repeat forgettings. He has Alzheimer's, and my poor mind is constantly overflowing with To Do's and Remembers. So this is excellent practical help.

Absolutely lovely experience in the new location of Adriana ‘ Beauty Parlour! She deserves 💯 stars for the luxurious salon, fantastic experience, fabulous facial treatments , back massage, pedicure, manicure! Also a lovely coffee and treats! It was a great pleasure to visit Adriana ‘s Beauty Parlour… first of all you will find a very special place for your soul .. peaceful and beautiful.. cozy and elegant.. with a smiling face and a wonderful , inviting smell of perfume and coffee… which is always served with a treat along with your appointment! My facial treatment was a journey to heaven .. relaxing and professional… every single touch was perfect… totally enjoyable and satisfactory … you will definitely go back again and again.. because Adriana ‘ Beauty Parlour is unique… as she is , and her beauty transformation!!!!! 🎉🎉🎉

Very informative, explains everything in detail that you understand, tells you about products and links to items that you need ie shoes. Insoles etc but just gives you advise on them..but does not sell them, so no hard sell just advise on the best products for you.. then to you so it’s up to you if you wish to purchase..also about your diet which effects your feet and health.. all in all very impressed and highly recommend

The message I received twice prior to my appointment stated that Mary was doing my Toenails, this info came to me after I had spoken to the Age Concern lady after my last appointment at the Weller Centre when Mary "hacked my toenails and also drew blood from my little toe after cutting that nail at 45°' and also stated that I will not have Mary cutting my toenails ever again. Suza did my toenails bothI visits to the Woodley address, she is my preferred cutter. My next appointment is at the Weller Centre on Friday 13 Jun 25 with Suza as 7 wks between visits is too long for me.

Very easy to book online. Aga explained everything well and I felt very relaxed at the end of my hot stone massage. Value for money.

While realising that some of your "customers" are deaf, the continuous shouting renders me deaf to all intents and purposes. Not that the room helps with being and echo chamber.

I was slightly nervous about having my medical pedicure as I was sure it would hurt! In Aga's capable hands the opposite was true (apart from one momentary slight twinge!). Using her array of gadgets she has made my feet much happier indeed. Although I have not finished the treatment yet, I shall approach the next appointment with zero trepidation and full confidence that Aga will surpass my expectations again.

Amazing experience. I was very nervous about getting my feet sorted. Aga is so friendly and put me at ease straight away. She is amazing.

Skilled professionals do a great job of cutting the nails and create a very friendly happy atmosphere. My feet feel wonderful and my spirits are lifted.
