Emma is such an absolute gem. She is so highly skilled, knowledgable and experienced in all facets of her treatments it's a pleasure to be her customer. Today I had a 30min back, neck and shoulder massage to address significant pain due to muscle knots and tension and she honestly left me speechless. It was such a good treatment - just incredible. Reception to The Birches wasn't manned when I arrived. Eventually I caught the attention of someone inside who buzzed me in and I was just in time for my appointment. Also, there were no signs to direct me to the Treatment Room. As to the treatment: superb.

Always a good appointment with Suza and she also advises on further treatments or if she thinks a medical appointment may be beneficial.

The wonderful experience I have got in Pamper Beautique. Emma is a fantastic therapist and treatment experience is really unforgettable. It was my second experience with her, it just keeps getting better than the last time. She created this amazing awesome atmosphere for you with little things she do to make you feel relaxed. Love the service and appreciate the hard work. Thanks for making it incredibly welcoming and humble even with everything going around in the world. See you again very soon xx
