Reception to The Birches wasn't manned when I arrived. Eventually I caught the attention of someone inside who buzzed me in and I was just in time for my appointment. Also, there were no signs to direct me to the Treatment Room. As to the treatment: superb.

Uma was delightful, so careful in Cutting nails and looking after my feet. Every time I have been, the care and service has been excellent. Only drawback is the delay in getting an appointment in Woodley although I could go elsewhere .
