Kindness and practical help this morning, when we forgot my husband's kit for his toenail cutting - we were so rushed today. An emergency one-off kit supplied, £7 - such a good idea to have them. And telling us we can next time bring his kit and leave it with the ladies - to prevent repeat forgettings. He has Alzheimer's, and my poor mind is constantly overflowing with To Do's and Remembers. So this is excellent practical help.

Absolutely lovely experience in the new location of Adriana ‘ Beauty Parlour! Uma, is very thorough, conscientious and is an excellent Foot Technician.

Very good. Had a short wait and then had my toenails quickly and comfortably attended to and next appointment arranged by very pleasant staff.

I highly recommend getting your manicure and pedicure by Kia. My experience was great and I loved the set.

While realising that some of your "customers" are deaf, the continuous shouting renders me deaf to all intents and purposes. Not that the room helps with being and echo chamber.

Very good, experienced and cheerful staff. Always made to feel very comfortable.
