I recently visited Eva at the salon in Poole town centre for a two hour Ayurvedic Abhyanga massage. I can honestly say that this was the best, most relaxing treatment that I have ever experienced. If you are looking for the ultimate in relaxation then I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eva and would suggest that the two hour option is worth every penny.

I treated my Daughter to a relaxing facial, Megan was very attentive she made sure my Daughter was comfortable and explained everything she was going to be doing. My Daughter had never had a facial before she loved it Megan made her feel so relaxed, she was very knowledgeable and explained each part of the treatment. She came out smiling and her skin looked and felt amazing afterwards. I would definitely recommend Megan.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Proverb Men’s Signature Facial was insanely good — more like a full-body reset than a facial. From the foot soak to the upper back treatment and Thai-style stretches, every part was spot on. My skin feels incredible, my HRV has jumped, and my body battery has been 100% on waking last 2 days. Genuinely one of the best treatments I’ve ever had.

I had a fabulous facial massage—such a relaxing experience! If it’s someone’s first time, it might be helpful to explain what to expect beforehand, just to put them at ease. The fragrance of the products used was lovely, though I personally found it a little strong. Stacey is a lovely young lady—professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about what she does. I’m already looking forward to seeing her again for more treatments. I would happily recommend Stacey to anyone looking for a beauty treatment at Natural Body Café.

I had the most wonderful treatment with Claudia! I booked the combined massage and reiki treatment. Wow!!! The massage was so relaxing. And the reiki that followed was incredible. I went to such a deep place of relaxation. And hours later, I’m still feeling the benefits. Claudia was so kind and welcoming. I highly recommend booking this treatment. The combination of the two treatments together was amazing.

Today’s Eco Chic Pedicure was so much more than the treatment itself - it’s ‘me time’; it’s ‘transportation to tranquility’. You will be engulfed by aromas to awaken the senses and will be welcomed by the foot soak like no other and then the pedicure itself whilst either laying down or propped up on a comfortable bed. I visited cassidy's beauty salon for the first time for a luxury pedicure. The high attention detail and lovely products, the great service, great vibe in the salon meant I truly had an experience I could relax in and enjoy the pamper. As someone with a chronic pain condition the chair was so comfy! Highly recommend!
