Had my first chemical peel and was quite nervous about not only the treatment , but the results. I need not have been worried ? as the experience was so enjoyable and the results incredible. Many a salon in Ipswich I have tried but I always return to Purity. Worth every penny. Love Suzanne - if you're new to waxing or a bit lower on the pain tolerance scale then she's the one for you. Will take her time and use all the techniques to make you feel comfortable without rushing you. Cannot recommend this salon enough.

I think Emma may be the one of the loveliest people I have ever met. It felt like I’d gone for a 2 hour coffee and a chin wag with a best friend. I always worry about feeling awkward and out of place when going for any form of beauty treatment, but I had the best time during my mani & pedi. Suzanne does a great job of electrolysis on my chin and upper lip. A lovely calm environment and Suzanne always put me at ease so much that I look forward to my treatment each time! I have had this treatment fortnightly for around 8 months and the hairs are much less coarse, paler and more wispy, with much fewer hairs and more time hair free in between treatments. I can see that it has made a difference and feel more confident as a result. Thanks Purity!

Today was my first session of advanced electrolysis for the Milia ive been getting recently. They are mainly on my forehead and a few on my chin. Ive had other treatments with suzie before and she is always very professional and knowledgeable. She explained everything for the treatment and what to expect. It feels a bit warm and scratchy but not painful. I was given plenty of information on the aftercare required. I cant wait to see the results!!

I had my first appointment today with Anca, she couldn’t have made me feel anymore welcome and at ease. She talked me through everything, showed me the products she uses and was so knowledgeable. It had been a long time since having my lips done but I’d been wanting them done again so much and I come across Anca’s salon. Clearly she uses amazing numbing cream as I remember lips being so painful but it wasn’t bad at all, so manageable. The results are unbelievable so much better than I could have ever expected and I cannot wait to go back for more treatments! I feel amazing!!
