I have been coming to Precious since I moved to Birmingham a year and a half ago, she is honestly the best nail tech I have ever had, she is so thorough, nothing is too much no matter what you want and her attention to detail is impeccable…she really listens to what you want and always does her best to accommodate, even when you need a last minute appointment…I really couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

Wow. I wish I had found nails and the city sooner! Straight away they are welcoming and friendly. The decorations are divine (I love pink!) and very relaxed. It was my first time having my nails done and I was a tad nervous but Nian was so thoughtful, attentive and gentle which worked wonders. Fast forward to now, I have beautiful nails and found another gem in Birmingham! I'll definitely be returning and strongly encourage you to give them a go! Thank you so much and Happy New Year ❤️

First for a Japanese manicure, nails looking clean and polished using natural ingredients. The beeswax and oil hand massage was very soothing. The salon is like no other salon, very elegant and relaxing. Thank you ladies next one is the pedicure 😉

Second time I have been to Ellen. The first time was for a pedicure which was fantastic. This time it was for a manicure. I must say the results do not disappoint. My nails were in need of serious attention which Ellen provided. She took her time to repair my nail and advise me on nail polish suitable for my skin tone. She made my extremely short nails look fantastic.

Such a beautiful and relaxing experience from start to finish. I booked a mani and pedi for myself, my mum, and my sister. The team made us feel so welcome and looked after every detail. I had my first appointment today with the lovely Olena. I was made to feel very comfortable and I was explained everything that my treatment would involve and aftercare advice. I had the male pedicure treatment and now my feet look and feel a million times better. I work in construction and wear safety boots 10 hours + everyday so need to take care of my feet. I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

Ellen is not only a lovely person but extremely talented and knowledgeable. These kind of advanced nail technicians are very rare and hard to find. Her Experience, attention to detail and the caring for your natural nails is why I highly recommend Ellen’s Nail Studio. If you looking for a high end service at a reasonable price then this is your place. I received a BIAB manicure and a luxury pedicure which were both the best I have ever had. I will definately return.
