Izabella is incredibly talented and truly gifted at what she does. I had such a lovely experience at this nail salon! All of the staff were absolutely lovely and so patient with me. A big thank you to Fatima for her lovely work. Patient, kind and took her time to make sure that we were happy with it. I must say that your system is really disappointing. Allocating only 20 minutes for a kids hair cut that you are charging £33 for it is ridiculous. Also within that time people are walking in to try to book appointments your phone was ringing non stop and there was no receptionist to help Fatima. Fatima did an amazing job and I would happily return for her services but I must say the salon on itself does not offer the right environment for kids, parents and the hairdressers

Had a microneedling session with the wonderful Hanna on Sunday and I'm obsessed with the results! My skin is literally glowing, so firm and radiant, and fine scars have smoothed out nicely. Anna is amazing—super detailed, professional, quick, and everything was completely sterile. 100% going back to keep building up to that dream skin!
