This is not a massage just to be clear with everyone. I have lipodaeama and fibromyalgia. You can be still against the machine or for a better physical work out you move your body. It's not complicated and the girls there are so informative and show you how to do everything. I felt absolutely great leaving there but I also think I'll sleep well tonight. Water was given as I needed my bottle refilled. You will need to bring your bottle initially. the place is hidden and small but I had a fantastic experience. Her knowledge and help was amazing thank you so much. Try it x

I had a wonderful EMSculpt session on my derriere and thighs and love the results already after 1 treatment. I cannot wait to book in again. To top it off I had a sound healing session which was so tranquil and refreshing. I left completely relaxed with a perky and smooth bottom :)

Really wonderful place for a massage. Lymphatic drainage is amazing, it's like being stroked gently all over your body and the effects are awesome. Such a great place and I'm super fussy also have done some massage training and frequently go for a massage...I will always aim to come here when I'm in London. Thank you x

Fantastic experience. Went for a couples body treatment massage with special occasion package for an anniversary. The room was cozy and had a great mood. Massage was excellent and left us completely relaxed

You must book with Ilona! I'm visiting London for work and have gone to see her for treatments 3 times. She is so good my husband and friend went to see her as well, and we all agree she is the BEST massage therapist we have ever seen. My husband and I are professional dancers and have terrible bodies; years of overwork and injury make us tough clients. We saw Ilona for deep tissue massages and she showed incredible understanding and knowledge of the body. She can somehow balance providing therapeutic "tough love" pressure and technique and a relaxing experience all at once.

The Bespoke Facial was amazing and the therapist was very warm and friendly. Also the receptionist was lovely. I would definitely recommend Body La Perla’s Bespoke Facial.

It was my first time trying a service at Ashanti's Treatment Rooms and I had an amazing experience! my hydrafacial left my face glowing and Ashanti took the time to explain to me what each step was for. I was so suprised from the head massage as well that I didnt want to leave and stay for a full body massage. This is currently a one woman show so please be aware that you may have to wait a few minutes outside whilst she finishes previous treatement which is not a big deal. I would highly reccomend her facials and will be going back in a few weeks already :D

I had the roll shaper massage, it's incredible how great that is for the body, I feel better, my legs are slimmer and the muscles are more relaxed. Even my sleep improved since when I started it. The 3 ladies are very lovely and welcoming, and make you feel completely at ease. That hour of massage becomes a precious me-time that I so look forward to, to unwind my mind from the hustle and bustle of London life. Thank you and I can't wait to be there again.:) D.
