The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, taking the time to discuss my hair goals. My stylist, Svetlana , was a true artist! I left feeling rejuvenated and confident. The products used were top-notch, and I appreciated the tips Svetlana shared for maintaining my new look. Love this place. I booked a hair colour change and the consultation was really good. A colleague of the chap who was doing my hair checked to make sure the colour would work well. I asked if they could do a trim at the end which I hadn't been able to book and that was no problem then a great blow dry. They really listen and give ideas for what will work. Unlike a couple of other hairdressers in Greenwich they don't rush you at all and everyone is friendly. Came away with a great haircut and colour, while more expensive than some it is definitely really good value for money.

Marina is a brand-new nail technician who has just joined the wonderful team of manicure experts in Greenwich. She may not have many ratings in the app yet, but I have been coming to One Hair and Beauty for many years and trust their team completely. Today I had my appointment with Marina, and I can honestly say the quality of her work is outstanding. She offers a fantastic colour palette, created a truly perfect manicure, and is also a genuinely lovely person. I highly recommend everyone to try Marina — you will not be disappointed!

I brought a groupon voucher half head highlights for 45 pounds first of all groupon put me at Finsbury and I wanted greenwich so they changes the shop appointment for me also I choose 10am but somehow I was booked for 1pm and and.when I turned up t 10am they still fitted me in so very accommodating. Anu explained that the length of my hair. I would.to pay approx e tra 80 which brough my total.to 125 with what I paid.on groupon it's a lot for.half.head of highlights. But anu was great vey nice. And she did a fantastic job if u could.afford this place I would.return as anu was above & beyond

Holly's facials are so bespoke and nurturing. She really cares about you, not just your skin. I've had a few now and I've noticed such a difference. My skin looks brighter, clearer and softer. I feel more confident now not wearing make-up. I love the added touch with the sound healing to get me into that deeper state of relaxation. Pure bliss! Ash was great — I came for a BIAB manicure and pedicure, and somehow managed to convince my husband to have his first ever Russian manicure and pedicure too. He came in stressed, slightly suspicious, and only doing it to make me happy… but left looking like a polished gentleman. 😂 Honestly, men deserve nice hands and feet too — no stigma, just self-care! We both loved the service, the attention to detail was brilliant, and we’ll definitely be back

I had such an amazing experience with Sim,she truly went above and beyond! I came in for highlights, and she took so much care to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. She really listened, gave great advice, and paid attention to every little detail. The end result was even better than I imagined.my highlights look so natural and beautifully blended. I don’t think this was quite the right fit for me - I did provide some inspiration and pictures at the start, but struggled to answer the hair stylist’s questions throughout (although I appreciate she was trying!). The end result isn’t what I was going for. Also, I did find it a bit confusing that after confirming my appointment on the day of, I received a notification that it had been rescheduled to a later time slot. Not a huge deal, but it would be worth checking with clients that they can make a different time work before automatically rescheduling,
