Did my first session of microdermabrasion, which i got instant results to lighten up my hyperpigmentation. Being a woman of colour I really wanted someone who understands my skin, texture and Natasha did just that. From the get go customer service is delivered. They offered me and my mother chilled water after all it is summer. Making sure we’re relaxed and pre-prep before we entered our session. Thank you for hospitality and guidance of aftercare. Always made to feel so welcome but I must say it was extremely hot inside. There was a couple of fans but these were so small and of little use to keep the clients & more the girls cool. Very disappointing that there is no air con in the salon. Also the flooring felt unsafe in some areas as it had lifted and I nearly caught my foot on a lifted floorboard. Was told that there had been a leak but this should have been addressed by now. A bit disappointing but the girls are always smiling & very professional , even if they are finding it hard to work in this heat. Well done girls

I had an appointment for lip filler to help define my Cupid’s bow, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable and reassured every step of the way. She explained everything clearly, took her time to make sure I was relaxed, and was so gentle throughout the procedure. I left feeling super happy with the result — my lips look beautifully defined yet still natural which is exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be visiting again and have already recommended her to my mum and sister! Thank you!

Such a lovely experience at The hair extension shop! rang up as a new client for weft fitting, they fit me in the following day. I’m used to sitting in the chair for at least 4 hours but In about 2 hours I had beautiful long, thick and styled hair! I will definitely be returning, staff are all so lovely and jade is so skilled in what she does… Thanks team! ❤️

Amazing staff, I think it’s Elle she’s makes you feel so comfortable from start to finish. Explains everything to you making sure you have the best experience, The fitting for the hair and the after cut looks perfect she’s goes out of her way to make sure you are happy. Hair - good quality. I’ve had extensions for the last three years and Bella Rose is the best fit in best Hair I am so happy I will always return to Bella Rose xxxx
