It was my first time coming here and initially I was nervous for what I had booked but I was totally put at ease and I felt really comfortable. I was told what my next steps could be , given really efficient aftercare and felt like I was in safe hands and I was even was booked in for a follow up which I really appreciate. I had a classic facial with Shell and it was really relaxing. She was friendly and professional, and the treatment felt calm. My skin felt clean, soft, and refreshed afterwards. Great service.

What a lovely experience! I came today to get my eyebrows done (which are amazing) such a relaxing atmosphere, cosy room and Donna is lovely, she makes you feel comfortable. I am currently struggling with post acne marks & Donna educated me a lot today on best treatments etc to help this. I am going back to Donna tomorrow for my microneedling & I can’t wait x

I had a PRP vampire facial with Shell. She took my blood for the PRP, cleansed my face, and then applied the serum using microneedling. She was very friendly and explained each step of the process clearly. When I was leaving, she invited me to pop one of the salon balloons for a chance to win a prize. I was lucky enough to win a free classic facial, which I’m very grateful for. I’m looking forward to coming back in January to receive it.

Donna is great! Been looking for mole removal for years and could never find anyone decent. But after Donna was recommended I went and what a cracking experience. So friendly, so knowledgeable, talked me through everything and constantly checked I was ok, I got a midway sweet 🤣 and when it was done I left with some great aftercare advice and a pot of goodness to apply to the area. Highly recommend 5**

Always a pleasure to visit this salon, as I feel valued and looked after. Yes, the treatment is stingy, so you are given numbing cream. Shell is an absolute star. She is positive about my results and the chat is always good. I will be back :-)

This is probably the best clinic in Bolton. I am a qualified nurse myself, so knew what i needed to look for. It’s beautiful, clean, friendly and welcoming. Then there is Karen, who made me feel relaxed immediately, and is a true professional. Please remember if you are having any Aesthetics treatments done, go to a qualified registered person who will be honest and deliver excellent care.
