I saw Lisa for Manual Lymphatic Drainage last week, following breast reduction surgery a few days before. I could feel a lump had built up under my arm, definitely a lymph blockage. It had gone beyond uncomfortable and become properly painful. Lisa worked her magic and, within 24 hours of the treatment, the blockage completely cleared. She was also incredibly kind because she squeezed me for the appointment at incredibly short notice. Post surgery MLD really is one of the most incredibly important additions to a post operative care plan. Highly recommend Lisa, she is excellent.

My first ever time having a massage, and she didn't disappoint! Highly professional, friendly and used the right strength/grip during the massage. I suffer from migraines due to an earlier whiplash injury, and she found all the knots in my shoulder/neck area. I have also asked for aromatherapy, and it was extremely satisfying and relaxing. Reasonably priced, the location is easy to find with free parking. I highly recommend Patcha Thai Massage & Wellness. :-)

So today was my 5th of 10 booked sessions of lymphatic drainage massages since my cosmetic surgery (extended tummy tuck and liposuction) and I cannot imagine how much slower my recovery would have been without them. This targeted method is such a relief taking the tightness that builds up.
