I'm obsessed with Jeanette. She's a truly gifted therapist. I had a Swedish massage and she ironed out all the stubborn tension in my shoulders. I have also had two lymphatic drainage massages with her which is an AMAZING treatment -- so relaxing -- and it has done wonders for bloating and general appearance of my skin. There are no miracle treatm, but if you do all the things we're supposed to (good sleep, diets, hydration, exercise, and consistent skin care) then you get more out of it. Wild Beauty is really spoiling us now. My problem is how to juggle all these treatments :)

Sarah is great. Personally, I like a firm, hard massage, and Sarah's fingers are strong! She is so knowledgeable about natural therapies and the impact of particular massage on your biology. I love going to her for reflexology and deep tissue body massage. Her space is peaceful, clean and professional. She's brilliant!

Staff are always warm and welcoming.I started with the infrared sauna which was the ideal way to start my session.I followed this with a massage and facial with Beth.The attention to what my body and face needed was impeccable and I left feeling fantastic. I regularly use Aura Organics for facials, massages and buy skin products. The service by Carly and Emma is always great, I thoroughly enjoy my self care rituals here. I also value that the products are all natural and so healthy for my skin! It's on a real cute street in Greenwich, surrounded by lovely coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, ice cream parlours and the famous Greenwich market so you can really make a treat for yourself and enjoy the area too :)

I’ve booked a block of Ayurvedic lymphatic drainage massage with Afshan as after having a baby my ankles remained full of fluid. Each session the difference is incredible and I feel like I am becoming the old me again. Afshan has a wealth of knowledge about the lymphatic system and gives me exercises to do each week to build on the work she has done. I feel cared for, supported and treated as an individual. I can’t recommend Afshan enough.

The price has gone up. I don’t mind paying as long as some of it is going to the massage therapist. Ly is brilliant as always.

Sports massage was great! Super clean and comfortable environment. Gave me some great advice and suggestions to help me between massages and will definitely be going back again for another sports massage. Would highly recommend!
