Had an amazing hot stone massage with Anna in her beautiful cabin studio. The setting in her back garden created such a peaceful atmosphere, and Anna's skill made the experience truly blissful. The warmth of the stones combined with her expert technique melted away all my tension. The cabin space is cozy and relaxing - perfect for switching off from the world. Would highly recommend Anna to anyone looking for a therapeutic and rejuvenating massage experience!

I met Anna for the first time yesterday for a hot stone reflexology treatment & all I can say is I left feeling incredible. Anna is wonderful & I felt genuinely cared about. The treatment was blissful & I would highly recommend her. I want to book her for an Indian head massage next. Magic hands!

a beautiful experience with Jo. she does a thorough consult before the treatment begins and every session is completely tailored to your needs. she is experienced and knowledgeable and her room is warm and inviting, just like her! after the most gorgeous massage and reflexology, i walked away on a cloud feeling like a different human, as if i’d had a weekend away and not a couple of hours. thank you Jo, you are truly magic!

Anna is great!!!! She really gets to know you so the treatment you have are tailored for you. I had reflexology and a Swedish back massage which were amazing amd left feeling relaxed and calm. Would recommend Tranquil Healing by Anna.

Had the most beautiful experience with Jo. Such a welcoming and warm interaction from arrival in her gorgeous, relaxing home. She did a very thorough consult conversation beforehand, covering my focus areas. My head and shoulder massage was excellent and left me relaxed with a lot of relief. The reflexology was so enjoyable and she took time at the end to flag what she learned from my feet. The treatment room was beautifully decorated, warm and inviting; a real haven of rest! I even left with a little goodie bag of after care, herbsl tea and sweet treats! Can’t wait to return; thank you Jo!

I had a massage for 2 hours at south Woodford with adalet she was so good very experienced I had a really bad back so much better now she always makes me feel comfortable really enjoyed it

I had a hydra facial at Haylands and it was amazing! Lovely, knowledgable therapist, made me feel at ease and gave the best shoulder massage. 10/10 experience.

I have been visiting Adalet & The Holistic Therapy Rooms for around 10 years. It is a warm & welcoming space & Adalet is the most wonderful therapist. I leave feeling relaxed. Massages, reflexology, reiki 🥰

A wonderful massage overall, I felt super relaxed following and during. Some small details missing which I’m used to (and are usually standard): - therapist didn’t introduce her name or ask for mine, would have helped in making the experience a little more personal - massage was lovely but did feel a little rushed in places. Therapist didn’t do the same things to different sides (probably just a personal thing - I hate my body feeling uneven) - I’ve never before ended a massage and not been offered a glass of water. It felt rushed at the end which is a shame considering I felt so relaxed.

The Holistic Therapy Rooms treatment space is incredibly calming and peaceful — the moment you walk in, you feel more at ease. I had a 90-minute massage, which was absolutely amazing. I left feeling deeply relaxed, both physically and mentally. A truly restorative experience!
