Visited twice now first time for reflexology and today for massage and dry needling. Natasha is very experienced, understands very well how the body works and adapts the treatment for exactly what you need. Today she has released parts of my back that have been trapped for months. I can’t recommend Natasha highly enough. She knows exactly where to find my tight muscles without me having to explain exactly where they are and deals with them expertly, going deep enough by applying enough pressure without me being in agony. She not only does massages but can also deal with scar tissue! She’s an absolutely brilliant find and I’m very happy she was recommended to me.
