Alex was friendly and professional and put me at ease very quickly as I was quite nervous to begin with , massage isn't usually my sort of thing but it was lovely and felt great afterwards will definitely return , I Would highly recommend 😊

The treatment provided by Leyon was amazing. The tension he released from my shoulders & neck was crazy - what a difference. He then helped with my groin making sure I left the room in a much better state than I arrived.! This was more like much needed physio than a massage but just what I needed for my physical wellbeing. I’ll be back next month - hugely worth the money, very impressed. My friend has booked straight in too. Thank you Leyon.

I was seen by the physiotherapist fot a painful neck. Liv was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I have exercises to do and was given a massage which has loosened up the muscles that were in spasm. I would definitely recommend.
