I had an amazing sports massage with Alex and can’t recommend her enough. She has excellent knowledge from her training at Bournemouth University, and it really shows in her approach. The pressure was absolutely perfect, especially on my glutes, which felt like they’d needed that release my whole life! Alex gave me brilliant aftercare advice too, which I really appreciated. Her home studio is such a lovely, welcoming space, and I left feeling lighter, looser, and well looked after. I have booked all of my appointments for the rest of the year because she is fantastic.

Ive seen Alex for the 4th time now initially for my back and shoulders and even from the first session I noticed quite significant improvement with her extensive knowledge of how the body/ muscles work weve also found other areas causing some of the issues im having that i certainly wouldn't have thought of myself, I can't thank you enough for the time and effort put in to already greatly reduce the discomfort ive been in for some time. Already got my next session booked in 😊

Have been seeing Alex every 3-4 weeks now for many months- I am a chap in my 50s and still playing regular sport- so a regular sports massage still keeps me fit and able to play without any real issue- job also involves a lot of driving - super service- right amounts of pressure- just what I need.

Alex was exceptional and understood the issues I was having with my lower back and hip area. She delivered a firm and tension relieving massage in a calm and relaxing environment. Highly recommend!
