One of the best massages I have ever had. I initially booked to try the Myofascial massage as I keep reading about tight Fascia and despite having a lot of massages had never tried it. However having talked through my issues with Tracy she did an amazing combination of myofascial, traditional massage and hot stones which really got into all my knots and tightness. She even talked through some of the stress I'm dealing with at work at the same time - felt like therapy and a massage in one! Would definitely recommend.

I had a lymphatic drainage and cupping massage today, and it was honestly one of the best treatments I’ve ever had. I’ve tried many places before, but nothing has come close to this experience.She really knows what she’s doing. Her knowledge, technique, and attention to detail were outstanding, and I could tell I was in very experienced hands from start to finish. Helen is an outstanding therapist. She has a deeply holistic and intuitive approach, really seeking to undertake wider context and treat the whole person. She is fully receptive to the needs of her client, and very willing to adapt and personalise treatments. Very skilled at varied massage and more diverse treatments like lymphatic drainage. Her space is beautiful and utterly relaxing. Profoundly relaxing and safely held. Couldn’t recommend more!
