I’ve been looking for a new masseuse since moving to Sydney and Hannah far exceeded all of my expectations. The whole experience was completely serene from start to finish, which is often not the case with remedial massage. Hannah is incredibly talented and really helped to work out the knots in my back that were causing pain and tension headaches - have already booked in again for weekly sessions with her!

I can’t recommend InBody Clinic enough. After having my baby, I struggled to find a place that offered a complete approach to recovery, but this is it. She is the most professional and skilled physiotherapist in Sydney. If you are looking for holistic postpartum rehab, don’t look anywhere else. Every new mother should come here!

I am currently training for a ultramarathon. And for recovery there is no better place close by in south Sydney that offers the recovery needs for my body to reset and recover quickly. Unbelievable clean and such friendly star. 10/10.

Paloma massaged a new soul into my body. I came in tense, puffy, and hunched from 10-hour laptop days, and I left lighter, looser, and basically reborn. She removed every knot in my upper back and used lymphatic drainage to help with bloating and fluid retention, especially around my neck. I also tried the hot stones add on, and it was sooo good, especially in the cold winter. And don’t even get me started on the scalp massage… actually, yes. It was life-changing. Paloma, I’ll be back. Such an amazing experience. I completely went into a trance and was able to truly unwind. The lymphatic drainage treatment left me feeling lighter, relaxed, and refreshed, followed by one of the best massages I’ve had. The space itself is beautiful, and Luna is absolutely lovely, she creates such a calming atmosphere, offers great conversation, and has the most soothing energy. I had such an amazing experience here. I’ve had quite a few massages before and I often left feeling a bit disappointed, but this was completely different. She was incredible!!She really took her time and you could tell she genuinely cares about what she’s doing. What impressed me the most is how knowledgeable she is. She was able to find all my tight spots without me even mentioning them, which surprised me. You can tell she really understands the body and what she’s doing. After the massage she also gave me helpful tips on what I can do at home to improve. Will definitely be going back!

Yim was great from the start. She asked me how I was and what I needed. She paid extra attention to those areas but found places i needed work that I didn’t even realise. She worked on areas that no one ever has before and I’ve had around 100 massages. She took extra time to show me exercises I can do daily to help myself. I slept well after her massage. I booked Varda Spa for 9 girls for a massage during a hens weekend and it was absolutely beautiful. The staff were organised, on time and the massages were to die for! The massage area is so quiet and peaceful, and the champagne and chocolates were also such a thoughtful touch. It was relaxing and such great value. Our bride loved it!
