Claire is so knowledgable and supportive. I booked in with her following the after effects of a tick bite, Lyme disease and subsequent antibiotics. Following the MLD massage treatment, I felt relaxed and more confident that I’d be able to improve my situation. She gave me many ideas to support recovery of my lymphatic system. She’s just brilliant!

Eva is always amazing! Glitch in the matrix didn't let me leave a tip last visit and I forgot to pop back in 🙈 super relaxed after the massage and pain in between is almost non existent now. See you in January!

I’ve been to so many places for massages in the past, here and abroad and honestly Natural body cafe are just perfect. I always end up in some kind of deep meditation during the massage and feel refreshed and relaxed afterwards. Jodie who I had today is a fantastic masseuse and made the whole experience lovely.

Beauty Sculpting Room in Poole is really lovely. I was greeted by lovely friendly staff and their premises are great. The procedure was fully explained and I was made to feel very comfortable. Highly recommended.

You know in life when you find something so wonderful and special, you can’t believe your good luck? That’s how I feel about the Natural Body Cafe! I had a brilliant post surgery manual lymphatic drainage massage with Karen, and I was ecstatic to be greeted with a wealth of information and advice that will make my post op journey much smoother. Karen is highly experienced and incredibly informed- my swelling reduced immediately for some much needed relief! MLD is relaxing and very effective, so I’ll be continuing MLD as Karen is perceptive, skilful and a healing person to be around too!

I have found such a haven of self care and loveliness in the natural body cafe. Karen is a really special therapist. I feel so lucky to have found this gem of a place in Poole.

This is by far one of the best places in Poole for massages, Kimberley really works to understand what you would like as well as what you may need. Highly recommend a visit!

What wonderful little gem of a place in Poole. I spent 2 very happy hours with two of the therapists Rhiannon and Karen and came away feeling much calmer and lighter in every way!Nothing is ever too much trouble…..the staff go out of their way to way to make you feel welcome. I have no hesitation in recommending this place and will definitely be coming again.

Just fabulous from start to finish. The owner of this beautiful haven of a spa in Poole arranged a perfect day of pampering. Rhiannon’s attention to detail was exquisite with a perfect manicure and pedicure. Definitely worth upgrading to the luxury manicure and pedicure with Himalayan salt scrub and rose petal softening massage. The reflexology part of the pedicure was amazing especially lying down to relax and have the gel treatment. The tailored massage from Katia was sublime! She has magic has dealing with long held tight knots in the shoulders, fascia release, sports and hot stone
