I had a lovely cut and blow with treatment by Charlene who's been highlighting and restyling my hair for six years 😁. She has amazing skills, has taken my mid brown/chestnuty hair to ash blonde in that time and the condition is still super soft and bouncy. Best listener, communicator, colourist and stylist out there. Xx

I'm soooo pleased as a woman in her autumn years, trusted my daughters judgement and booked a restyle for my thining silver hair to be restyled. Charlene listened to all my concerns - thining and multiple widows peaks and took me from a very boring, floppy, shoulder length cut that just hung from my head.... to a lovely, sharp, yet soft jaw length bob with under cut, that I can either tuck behind one ear for a chic look, or have as a short French bob. She took time to explain and show me how to control my fringes numerours windows peaks and encouraged me to change to using a larger round brush

Just had another laser hair treatment with the lovely Sharon. What an experience, lovely clean and modern salon. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Really pleased with my experience today for first time getting Powder brows. The therapist was very knowledgeable and did an amazing job with helping me to achieve the brow look I was going for. She had bespoke recommendations to help achieve a more symmetrical and natural brow look and I am very pleased with the results - wish I had gotten them done sooner! She applied lots of numbing cream beforehand and I barely felt a thing getting them done. Always feel very well taken care of when I visit and would recommend highly to anyone considering a treatment from here. Thankyou!

Nat is an absolute magician, my second MLD and i cannot recommend it enough! Nat is highly professional and knowledgeable on MLD and i have seen excellent results so far. The aftercare and check ins have also been a lovely touch. Preen has a lovely relaxing environment, easy to access and doesn’t have that clicky salon feeling.

Absolutely delighted with my Facial today, Rio is fantastic. So gentle and thorough. Best facial I've ever had. Thank you so much Rio, see you in a few weeks.

I have had a couple of facials off Rio. My latest one was the Deluxe Microdermabrasion. Rio is a true professional, she is very knowledgeable. She knows the answer to any skin concerns you have and how to treat them. On top of the treatment you get a neck and shoulder massage and a hand massage - they are unbelievably relaxing. My skin looks radiant and healthy. I recommend Rio’s treatments to everyone.

I’ve had quite a few facials with Rio now and I absolutely love them. Each treatment is so relaxing — Rio is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and truly makes you feel at ease. I’ve also tried several other treatments with Rio, including body waxing, a lash lift, and my eyebrows, and I’m so impressed with everything she does. Lauren is the most informative practitioner and imparts her knowledge in an easy going , non condescending way with no sales pressure just honesty. She is gentle and calm and really can work wonders. 100 percent recommend !
