I’ve just had a lip and chin wax with Seren I just want to say how amazing she was. From the moment I sat in the chair. I felt very on edge when I booked it because I have PCOS the hair growth I have is on another level but she took her time, made sure I wasn’t in pain and probably did twice as much area as what she probably would have normally done. I could have cried when I walked out. She’s got rid of so much of it and it hurts far less than what I thought it would 💖

I’ve had quite a few facials with Rio now and I absolutely love them. Each treatment is so relaxing — Rio is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and truly makes you feel at ease. The whole team at the salon is so welcoming too, which just adds to the lovely experience. Since visiting, I’ve seen big improvements with my skin and couldn’t be happier. I’ve also tried several other treatments with Rio, including body waxing, a lash lift, and my eyebrows, and I’m so impressed with everything she does. She’s such a perfectionist and it really shows in the results. I’ve already booked back in. X

Absolutely love getting my brows waxed by Rio, so much so I've moved out of area but I'll still travel an hour back so she can do my brows, because she's the best and let me tell you I've tried mannyy places! I've started working my way through her other treatments too because why not, the hours facial the most relaxing, you'll walk out feeling fresh and relaxed. I just love that Rio is so kind and patient with me even when I just can't keep still 🙈 highly recommend!

Two days of treatments and all fab! I’ve had an eyelash lift from the lovely Phoebe during a masterclass and a derma-plane and eyebrow wax, and due to regular facials my skins is super clear and glowing. As always Rachel is super welcoming and knowledgeable and I have left feeling holiday ready. Can’t recommend her enough x

Been to visit Ciara today for lashes and brows and new to me a microneedle facial. As well as being a lovely personable young lady she is the ultimate professional who really knows her job. Makes sure she explains everything your treatment involves, potential issues as well as the benefits of your treatment.

Amazing First Experience With Rachel I had my lips done for the very first time today, and Rachel made the whole experience absolutely incredible. She was so professional, gentle, and genuinely nurturing from start to finish. She explained everything clearly, checked in with me throughout, and created such a calm, reassuring atmosphere that any nerves I had disappeared straight away. I left feeling confident, informed, and so happy with my results. I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience — Rachel is truly amazing at what she does.

I had a lovely Gel Pedi & Eyebrow Wax & Tint & BIAB Gel Fingers with Seren. She followed my natural brow shape, communicated my preference before starting the treatment, leaving them smooth and fresh but subtle. (I am SO fussy with my brows). Seren is another credit to the lovely Glow Family. ❤️🧡 I don't think any of the staff have ever left me feeling disappointed in over 5 years. 🧡❤️
