I have had a couple of facials off Rio. My latest one was the Deluxe Microdermabrasion. Rio is a true professional, she is very knowledgeable. She knows the answer to any skin concerns you have and how to treat them. On top of the treatment you get a neck and shoulder massage and a hand massage - they are unbelievably relaxing. My skin looks radiant and healthy. I recommend Rio’s treatments to everyone.

I’ve been getting my eyebrows, lashes, and facials done by Coral for the past two years and a half, so I couldn’t be happier! She is always so lovely and professional, and she makes me feel amazing every time. I’m always thrilled with how I look after my treatments 🤍 She’s truly the best in Heaton Moor!

I’ve had quite a few facials with Rio now and I absolutely love them. Each treatment is so relaxing — Rio is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and truly makes you feel at ease. The whole team at the salon is so welcoming too, which just adds to the lovely experience. Since visiting, I’ve seen big improvements with my skin and couldn’t be happier. I’ve also tried several other treatments with Rio, including body waxing, a lash lift, and my eyebrows, and I’m so impressed with everything she does. I had a 'Let Coral decide' treatment as my skin has been misbehaving in pregnancy. Coral took the time to understand my concerns and came up with a plan that was safe for my hormonally-challenged skin. Throughout the multi-stage treatment (which included a cocoa face mask that smelt so delicious I wanted to eat it) we talked about different skincare ingredients and how they would benefit my skin. Coral was so knowledgeable and has given me plenty of things to consider to help tame my skin before my next treatment.

I love this hair dressers. My hair is looking in brilliant condition and I got highlights in that’s never happened before but with Sarah looking after it I’m so happy. My hair is very curly so very dry and it usually just goes frizzy. Thank you Sarah and the girls all very friendly and comfortable xx
