The vibe of this salon is pure luxury! Caitlin is lovely, was so chilled out I fell asleep when getting my lashes done then woke up to pure glam. Would highly recommend! You need to book in.

Chloe is an absolute star! She worked her magic on my colour today, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and delivered it perfectly, with such skill and care. Her attention to detail and knowledge about colour is second to none. Wow wow wow 😍 I had a back massage today and it was fantastic! Emma Jane took the time to ask what I wanted beforehand and made sure I was comfortable throughout. She really focused on my knots and worked them out brilliantly. I left feeling so much lighter and relaxed. I’ll definitely be back.. highly recommend!

I’ve just had the Top to Toe Pamper at Serenity and WOW… what an experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed, but Lauren truly took it to another level. Her touch is incredible — she has that rare magic where you can feel the stress melting away with every movement. The deluxe facial left my skin absolutely glowing, the full body massage released tension I didn’t even realise I was holding, and the reflexology was the perfect grounding finish. I came out feeling lighter, calmer, and completely renewed from head to toe. If you’re thinking about booking this pamper… do it xx

Today I had an Intensive Hair Treatment, Halo Head Massage & Blow Dry as part of a Blue Light Offer, and it was such an incredible experience! My hair was feeling dry and damaged, but the treatment left it feeling soft, shiny, and full of life. The massage was so relaxing—it was the perfect way to unwind after a busy week. The Blow Dry was styled exactly how I wanted, and I left the salon feeling amazing. I’m so grateful for this Blue Light Offer—it’s such a thoughtful way to treat those of us in frontline services. 1st time to do the Chakra experience. Stacy informed me at the start whats going to happen and what may happen afterwards. She made oils for certain chakras and smelt gorgeous and was personalised to me and to what I filled out on the forms. Thoroughly recommended x

I had the absolute pleasure of visiting this incredible salon, and I am beyond impressed! The staff are all exceptionally skilled, friendly, and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, I felt pampered and relaxed. The beauty therapist I worked with was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my needs. Every treatment was performed with such precision and care. Kirsten gave me the most amazing massage and charolette finished the reatnof my treatment with a hopi ear candlening giving me instant relief from my sinus pain. Had to most amazing chilled day with my mum. I bought this voucher as a Christmas present and she absolutely loved it. We both had the facial and massage by Jocelyn and it was fab. This is now my second visit and the girls are all so welcoming and lovely. Will definitely be back!! X

I had the sculpting facial massage with cupping and gua sha - it’s was incredible!! One of the most relaxing facials I’ve had. First time visiting Serenity in Wishaw and I had a very positive experience. Lauren did my toenails with gel Polish in a lovely bright, relaxing room. Great selection of colours to choose from and I'm delighted with the finish. Would highly recommend Serenity for all your beauty and hair treatments.

Diane was lovely and welcoming and the treatment room was pristine. Diane talked me through each stage of my treatment and it was clear she has a real passion for her work and is super knowledgeable about all things skin. I left feeling relaxed with glowing skin. It’s now been 3 days since I had my treatment and my make up has never looked so good and my skin feels smooth, fresh and still has a dewy glow ! I’ll be back and I 100% recommend! In fact my husband is about to book and appointment too !
