I had my BIAB nails removed and redone with Alice who was really friendly and attentive. She paid great attention to detail and I’m really pleased with how my nails turned out! Alice mentioned that the salon does not use nail drills to avoid damaging the nails so removal is all done manually and does take slightly longer but worth it for nail health!

I absolutely loved my Japanese hair spa experience at KBH. From the moment I walked in, I felt so relaxed. The staff took such good care of me and my friend. I had my treatment with Lina - we did extractions, sculpting/lifting facial massage followed by the LED. It was sensational! I love strong pressure during massage, it was spot on! My skin feels cleaner and smoother, and of course the glow after these treatments is a dream! Can't wait to be back for more!

From the moment I walked into a lovely treatment area I was made to feel so relaxed. Karmen really pulled out the stops with the range of tools and massage techniques finished with a soft blow dry. I loved how she used products and oils that matched my curly hair to help strengthen. Would recommend 100%

Sharon is amazing. She listens, has a lot of knowledge and goes the extra mile for her clients. Sharon doesn't rush and makes the client feel comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend her and thank her for the glow and smile on my face after the treatment.

Excellent as ever. My daughter recommended Kushty as I noticed her nails were always looking amazing, and I am so delighted with my nails, they have never looked better with the BIAB treatment! Everyone is so lovely in the salon, especially Zoe who is just a joy to chat to. Highly recommend.

Honestly, this place was amazing, best service I’ve had in a salon, the nail tech (I believe called Rhiannon) helped me choose a colour that best suited me and really took her time to perfect the nails. The lash tech (Dominica I believe) did the best looking set of lashes I’ve ever had and even went the extra step to talk to me about care for them and suggested more treatments that would work for me. Thank you to the two ladies that really made my whole day.

Such an amazing job, everyone there is lovely and incredibly skilled and thorough with manis and pedis. Hands down the best experience I’ve had getting my nails done, and they’ve lasted for ages.
