Alice was extremely good. I think she is the best beautician I have ever met here in London for hair removal. She was very gentle and understood very well my concerns (c-section scar). Thank you Alice, I will certainly come back to see you again :-)

The most amazing salon in the whole of east London. I love coming here and you feel so welcomed. The massages are so relaxing and you come out feeling replenished. The waxing is great too. Would highly recommend a visit!

Sophie is a Super Star!!!!! So lovely with great energy, was very understanding as I was running a little late and even poured me a glass of wine. I felt truly pampered and very special. She really took the time to listen to what I was after and she helped with picking a colour and style as I'm useless at that. Best hair appoint I've ever had in London and well priced, will only book with her from now on. Also as an added bonus, they have the CUTEST dog in the salon who's super friendly and sweet. Thank You Sophie for a wonderful experience, looking forward to making my next appointment!!!!

Absolutely wonderful salon, Nisha was brilliant! I felt like I was with a friend, she made me feel very comfortable. I travelled 5 hours for c02 laser treatment after reading loads of reviews and researching different salons. I won't hesitate to come back for my next! I was able to have the treatment at my own pace and felt fully cared for. I really cannot recommend highly enough! Thank you for taking care of me. I cant wait to see the results over the next few weeks!

I booked in for a massage after running the London Marathon, and Steph couldn’t have been more understanding of what I needed. I hobbled in and booked a deep tissue massage, it was exactly the pain relief I was looking for. She was brilliant, and the whole experience was incredibly calming. Thanks so much! Had my 2nd Japanese spa treatment with Kelly today. All I can say is WOW! As a person with Afro hair that is delicate and easily tangled, Kelly would be the most gentle and skilled person that has ever handled my hair. I am really pleased to have discovered and visit this salon, despite my 1.5hour travel from outside London albeit well worth it! With their professionalism and impeccable service, I’d consider the salon a hidden gem on the High Street. I’m definitely going to book my third visit shortly.

I really enjoyed the treatment. I was looking for something similar in London for a long time. My scalp feels great and it also felt really relaxing, with eye mask, gentle head massage and exfoliation. I really recomment it to anyone.
