Lucy was so amazing, I was unsure of what treatment to have (I got very sunburnt last week☹️) and she looked at my skin and explained what would be best in a way that I understood. We went with the LED therapy and she made me feel so comfortable and not awkward or nervous at any point. She was talking me through what she was doing the whole time and recommended some products as I know I need to improve my skincare routine! I would recommend her to everyone and I can’t wait for my next treatment!!!❤️

Love this place! I’ve had such a good experience here. I’ve had a really good facial and have already been back 3 more times since☺️ I only recently moved to the area and I’m so glad I found this gem 💎 I started using the products she recommended and I’ve genuinely seen a big improvement in my skin. It looks healthier and feels so much better. She really knows her stuff and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand. The space is lovely too, super peaceful and relaxing which just makes the whole experience even better. Definitely recommend if you’re looking after your skin ✨

I have now been to Selina monthly for 6 months and I am so impressed by how much my skin has improved in this time! She is so knowledgable and helpful with all of my questions, even when I’m being a pain messaging between appointments for help - always super friendly responses and such good advice. I now have a new skincare routine that is just the basics to fit around my busy schedule but with the products she has recommended I have noticed a big difference in my day to day skin appearance! I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough (although I do, to everyone!!)

Just had a illumismooth facial of the lovely Lara. I was a bit nervous about the procedure, but Lara re-assured me and checked in on me through the whole process. She was very knowledgeable on the treatment, recovery and aftercare. Can’t wait to see the final results. Can’t recommend Lara and HA laser enough. Amazing family run business.

Just had a lovely experience at The Facialist, located in Basingstoke, Hampshire. I had a deep cleanse, exfoliation, LED mask treatment with after care of vitamins and a hydrating hyaluronic acid treatment. Just felt lovely and relaxing - Lauren also provided helpful skin care advice.

I had The Wonderlift Facial Massage with LED light therapy with Lucy at The Glow Room, and it was unlike any facial I’ve ever had. This was so much more than a transactional treatment—Lucy creates a truly thoughtful, full-sensory experience. Her space smells and looks amazing, instantly making you feel relaxed. I went for my first ever facial with Selina and I’m so glad that I did. I suffer with large pores, acne-prone skin and lots of scarring so I have a lot of issues to tackle but Selina was able to recommend a treatment that would cater for all my skin needs. I had the Diamond Hydrodermabrasion facial and LED light therapy and my skin has honestly never felt better. My skin is the clearest and smoothest it’s been in a long time and my face feels so clean and hydrated. I’m so glad I booked in for this treatment and I will definitely be back for more. Had a chemical peel & LED light therapy with Lauren. Wow, my skin is glowing! Best in the business when it comes to skin, she knows exactly what the right treatment is based on your current skin concern. Wouldn’t let anyone else treat my skin and I can’t recommend her enough.
