Lucy was so amazing, I was unsure of what treatment to have (I got very sunburnt last week☹️) and she looked at my skin and explained what would be best in a way that I understood. We went with the LED therapy and she made me feel so comfortable and not awkward or nervous at any point. She was talking me through what she was doing the whole time and recommended some products as I know I need to improve my skincare routine! I would recommend her to everyone and I can’t wait for my next treatment!!!❤️

Just had a lovely experience at The Facialist, located in Basingstoke, Hampshire. I had a deep cleanse, exfoliation, LED mask treatment with after care of vitamins and a hydrating hyaluronic acid treatment. Just felt lovely and relaxing - Lauren also provided helpful skin care advice.

This was my consultation today for tattoo removal. Richard was very friendly, professional and honest which i really respect. Im due to start my removal journey next week and know ill be in good hands.

So glad I found The Glow Room, Lucy is the most loveliest and beautiful person ever she made me feel so comfortable with my skin even though it’s a big insecurity of mine and listen to all of my concerns and was honest about what treatments would work best for my skin and reassured me to trust the process and I’m really glad I did as I’m now on my 4th microneedling session and seen a huge improvement in my skin.

Love this place! I’ve had such a good experience here. I’ve had a really good facial and have already been back 3 more times since☺️ I only recently moved to the area and I’m so glad I found this gem 💎 I started using the products she recommended and I’ve genuinely seen a big improvement in my skin. It looks healthier and feels so much better. She really knows her stuff and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand. The space is lovely too, super peaceful and relaxing which just makes the whole experience even better. Definitely recommend if you’re looking after your skin ✨

Had a chemical peel & LED light therapy with Lauren. Wow, my skin is glowing! Best in the business when it comes to skin, she knows exactly what the right treatment is based on your current skin concern. Wouldn’t let anyone else treat my skin and I can’t recommend her enough. She made sure I was comfortable and spoke me through the entire process. Can’t wait for the full course of treatments to be done and to continue my skin journey with her.

2 sessions and my tattoo is fading nicely already. It is a painful procedure but Richard makes it a lot easier.

I went for my first ever facial with Selina and I’m so glad that I did. I suffer with large pores, acne-prone skin and lots of scarring so I have a lot of issues to tackle but Selina was able to recommend a treatment that would cater for all my skin needs. I had the Diamond Hydrodermabrasion facial and LED light therapy and my skin has honestly never felt better. My skin is the clearest and smoothest it’s been in a long time and my face feels so clean and hydrated. I’m so glad I booked in for this treatment and I will definitely be back for more.
