So glad I found The Glow Room, Lucy is the most loveliest and beautiful person ever she made me feel so comfortable with my skin even though it’s a big insecurity of mine and listen to all of my concerns and was honest about what treatments would work best for my skin and reassured me to trust the process and I’m really glad I did as I’m now on my 4th microneedling session and seen a huge improvement in my skin.

Just had a lovely experience at The Facialist, located in Basingstoke, Hampshire. I had a deep cleanse, exfoliation, LED mask treatment with after care of vitamins and a hydrating hyaluronic acid treatment. Just felt lovely and relaxing - Lauren also provided helpful skin care advice.

Love this place! I’ve had such a good experience here. I’ve had a really good facial and have already been back 3 more times since☺️ I only recently moved to the area and I’m so glad I found this gem 💎 I started using the products she recommended and I’ve genuinely seen a big improvement in my skin. It looks healthier and feels so much better. She really knows her stuff and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand. The space is lovely too, super peaceful and relaxing which just makes the whole experience even better. Definitely recommend if you’re looking after your skin ✨

I had the Party Package with Philippa today. Philippa is very professional and welcoming. She described the whole process from beginning to end which was reassuring as a lot of it is done with eyes closed. I enjoyed the whole experience and will definitely be returning.

Gem is a very professional multitalented beautician. Most beauticians don’t do waxing or other therapies, whereas she covers all sorts of things in a professional manner such as intimate waxing, eyebrows, manicures and pedicures, massage, etc. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, she’s totally the best and she’s also a lovely person and such fun to talk to. I have now been to Selina monthly for 6 months and I am so impressed by how much my skin has improved in this time! She is so knowledgable and helpful with all of my questions, even when I’m being a pain messaging between appointments for help - always super friendly responses and such good advice. I now have a new skincare routine that is just the basics to fit around my busy schedule but with the products she has recommended I have noticed a big difference in my day to day skin appearance! I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough (although I do, to everyone!!)

Another incredible treatment with Lucy, I have been having regular facials for the last few years and my skin is just getting better and better. I would never have the confidence to be seen without a full face of makeup a few years ago, but my skin is so much clearer and brighter now. Her new treatment room is a tranquil escape and created such a relaxing atmosphere. Im already looking forward to my next appointment ✨

Absolutely amazing experience, by a super friendly and professional beautician. I get anxious with new places, however, I felt instantly relaxed, and the whole appointment was like I was chatting with a friend. I'm super happy with how my nails turned out, and everything was explained. Great products were used, and I can't wait to see the journey of my nails growing with BIAB.
