Super Young has state of the art technology and facilities. Derek, Demelza and the team are knowledgeable, professional and answered my (many!) questions. I tried the red light therapy and oxygen therapy and I will continue doing these weekly. The space is pristine, inviting and the tea/hydrogenated water is a lovely touch. Thank you Super Young!

Said is very professional and knowledgeable about his work. I am very happy with the plasma fibroblast treatment. I would highly recommend it for successful skin tightening, fine lines and rejuvenating the skin.

I had the most beautiful first time experience at Kalm Springs. The studio itself is absolutely divine and the owner is incredibly warm and knowledgeable. She gently coached me through my breathing, which made all the difference for my first (proper) cold plunge. We started with a sauna, moved into the plunge and finished with a float — the perfect sequence. I left feeling calm, grounded and completely reset. Highly recommend!!

I had such a great experience getting my brows laminated! The salon itself was beautiful—clean, welcoming, and had such a relaxing vibe. I decided to try a new shape with my brows, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. The owner was incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt comfortable with each step. I left feeling confident and absolutely loving my new look. Highly recommend!

This experience far exceeded my expectations. I booked the Bespoke Facial through ClassPass and it was hands down the best facial I have ever received. The neck, head and shoulder massage included was incredible. You really get the best of both worlds with a facial, massage and also the LED light therapy too. My consult with Lindy was amazing she identified my skin condition and provided an in depth assessment which made a lot of sense which was more than l had received from my GP. My consult was followed my an Amazing treatment, my skin felt wonderful and the products used was so gentle and soothing. Lindy also provided me with information of my specific skin condition with a treatment program which is valuable. I cannot recommend Lindy high enough a true professional with expert knowledge.
