Super Young has state of the art technology and facilities. Derek, Demelza and the team are knowledgeable, professional and answered my (many!) questions. I tried the red light therapy and oxygen therapy and I will continue doing these weekly. The space is pristine, inviting and the tea/hydrogenated water is a lovely touch. Thank you Super Young!

I had the most beautiful first time experience at Kalm Springs. The studio itself is absolutely divine and the owner is incredibly warm and knowledgeable. She gently coached me through my breathing, which made all the difference for my first (proper) cold plunge. We started with a sauna, moved into the plunge and finished with a float — the perfect sequence. I left feeling calm, grounded and completely reset. Highly recommend!!

Love Super Young. The experienced staff provide great advice for specific needs. I had a sore lower back and treid red light then a cryo which greatly helped my back and I slept so well and woke up so much better the next day. I have also tried the HOCATT which was another hugely beneficial modality.

I recently visited Kalm Springs Brighton and I had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and inviting. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my entire visit. I had the LED face treatment and an Infrared Sauna. The facilities were top-notch, with high end treatment rooms and all the amenities I could ask for. I highly recommend KSB to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat or holistic wellness services. I’ll definitely be returning for another session soon!

All I can say is wow !!! The girls are all amazing they make u feel so at home ! The treatments have great results I’m doing multiple treatments fat cavitation. , laser lipo and my results so. Far are great , today I started the meso facial treatment , RF and led light therapy my results from one treatment was more than I had expected I can’t that Contour body and beauty enough and I’m so excited to be continuing this journey with all of you . You are truly amazing , I live 1 1/2 hours away but tContour Body and beauty along with the girls make it a highlight of my week ❤️

My consult with Lindy was amazing she identified my skin condition and provided an in depth assessment which made a lot of sense which was more than l had received from my GP. My consult was followed my an Amazing treatment, my skin felt wonderful and the products used was so gentle and soothing. Lindy also provided me with information of my specific skin condition with a treatment program which is valuable. I cannot recommend Lindy high enough a true professional with expert knowledge.
