Super Young has state of the art technology and facilities. Derek, Demelza and the team are knowledgeable, professional and answered my (many!) questions. I tried the red light therapy and oxygen therapy and I will continue doing these weekly. The space is pristine, inviting and the tea/hydrogenated water is a lovely touch. Thank you Super Young!

Carolina is amazing in what she does with the skin care treatments and products! I can’t believe that my skin looks so much better and healthy than before, I cannot be more than happy with the results from less redness to feel it smoother, brighter and my acne has been treated and controlled! I can’t recommend Aleksandra enough! From the moment I met her, I felt welcomed and completely at ease. She always takes the time to assess my skin concerns and create a personalised treatment plan that has truly transformed my skin. The treatments are not only effective but also incredibly relaxing—it’s like a mini spa retreat every time. I recently visited Kalm Springs Brighton and I had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and inviting. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my entire visit. I had the LED face treatment and an Infrared Sauna. The facilities were top-notch, with high end treatment rooms and all the amenities I could ask for. I highly recommend KSB to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat or holistic wellness services. I’ll definitely be returning for another session soon!

Far are great , today I started the meso facial treatment , RF and led light therapy my results from one treatment was more than I had expected I can’t that Contour body and beauty enough and I’m so excited to be continuing this journey with all of you . I have been using Sunlighten AU saunas over 5 years. Kalm springs is a beautiful, tranquil place. Its soft neutral colour palette upon arriving and the lovely host walked us thru Kalm Springs showcasing the cold plunge , floating bath and Sunlighten au saunas. The rooms to the Saunas have a beautiful heavy curtain and the ceiling is open for the sauna experience. This will be my weekly retreat for my body to recover.
