She made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the whole process and explained everything step by step, which really put me at ease. The results are amazing — my brows and lashes have never looked better! You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. As per usual, excellent service. I had a lash lift and it was expertly done, I had no eye irritation afterwards and the lift was exactly as I wanted. My luxury pedicure was a real treat, feels like I’m walking on clouds.

As always, Carrie has made a perfect job of my scanty eyebrows and made them look dense and perfectly shaped. She always puts me at ease and talks me through each step and I come away feeling fab.
