Sophie, the specialist and owner, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and skill throughout the session. Her expertise ensured that most of the process was painless. Beyond her technical proficiency, Sophie was a delight to converse with, making the appointment both efficient and enjoyable. The treatment room itself was impeccably clean and stylish, reflecting the high standards. Can't recommend her enough!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a halal brow lamination and Korean lash lift done, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! She made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the whole process and explained everything step by step, which really put me at ease. The results are amazing — my brows and lashes have never looked better! You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. Today I had my hair done by Dorisa&she nailed the exact toner I wanted. It’s so nice to book Dorisa as she knows what suits my hair best&what colour I should pick. Dorisa’s friendly&bubbly nature makes the booking comfortable. Sundas was also present during my booking, always cheerful, bubbly, friendly&accommodating.
