Sophie, the specialist and owner, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and skill throughout the session. Her expertise ensured that most of the process was painless. Beyond her technical proficiency, Sophie was a delight to converse with, making the appointment both efficient and enjoyable. The treatment room itself was impeccably clean and stylish, reflecting the high standards. Can't recommend her enough!!

She made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the whole process and explained everything step by step, which really put me at ease. The results are amazing — my brows and lashes have never looked better! You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I recently visited for a brow wax and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The lovely lady who attended to me was incredibly friendly and kind her name is Rebecca, making me feel welcome right from the start. She was professional and respectful which I truly appreciated. The salon itself had a warm and inviting atmosphere, and I left feeling pampered and satisfied with my brows. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a great waxing service! Had an Eyebrow Touch up. Not had them done for years. The colours Lisa uses last a very long time. My Eyebrows look really good, well defined. Definitely worth having them done. Lisa is the best. Wouldn't go elsewhere.

As always I received a warm welcome and because I have been a few times and have a bad shoulder the chair was already prepped with a cushion to ease my shoulder.
