I just started to get laser hair removal on my underarms and was honestly very nervous. Chenise made me feel so comfortable! She would adjust the laser to make sure I wasn’t in tremendous pain and would ask me with each few swipes how I am feeling. To add she’s also a very great conversationalist! It was good. I was just in a little bit of a time crunch and didn't realize the style I selected was 30min longer than the hour I thought I was going to spend. If it was explained I would've went with the hour long procedure. So just a little bit of better communication. Otherwise the process was good, the technician very friendly and accommodating and there is a nice space for children that is very convenient.
