Louise has been doing my eyelashes over 2+ years now and honestly would not let anyone touch my eyes. She’s so down to earth and always greeted with the biggest smile. . Always made comfortable and she’s abit of an aging aunt aswell 😂

Always made to feel welcomed and relaxed at Serenity. Smelt lovely and calming as soon as arrived for treatment. Just had eyebrows and eyelashes done today but family have visited for other treatments in the past. Would recommend
