This was a lovely professional calming experience who knew you could be so relaxed, when getting a lash lift, it was lovely and worth the money I pay iam happy with the results and thats why I use the butterfly rooms, Victoria is very good at what she does and I would advise anyone to get a lash lift if they cant wear eyelash extensions for whatever reason. It doesnt pull out your lashes either.however the chemicals that are used ate very strong and do the job.

Gemma was welcoming, very professional and friendly! My gel nails are still looking pretty intact and shiny even after 3 weeks and I’m a busy mum and TA in school so constantly washing my hands! I’m only getting them removed because of growth of my own nails and want a new colour!

Always have such a good experience when visiting Hidden Gem and this was no different! Becky thoroughly spoke through the process and aftercare of microblading from my consultation to the end of my appointments. She also made me feel very welcome and was chatty and friendly as usual. I was so impressed with the results of the microblading and has such a good experience with it, I would highly recommend Hidden Gem if you're in the Chorley area. Always look forward to my nail appointment with Lois. She is up to date with current trends, is very artistic and creative, with a great eye for colour. Very friendly and lovely to chat to about anything. She always brings a smile. My daughter goes to see her too and she's amazing with her. She's autistic and has difficult days. Lois is amazing with her, puts her at her ease and when she's done my daughters glowing. So if you're nervous or need an appointment with someone calm and approachable, Lois is your girl.
