Nice environment good service however volume lashes look like classic lashes there was no thickness or wisp/fluff to the lashes which is what I expected.

I loved it! My lashes came out just how I wanted them. The consultation was amazing she made sure I was happy with them before I left and the customer service too, out of this world. She made me feel relaxed and talked me through it, my new forever lash tech again thank you so much!

I had an excellent experience with Jodie The lash treatment was amazing, Jodie really took the time to choose and apply lashes that suited my eye shape perfectly. Wonderful experience for my first time getting lash extensions. Jodi talked me through the lash options to make sure I was certain on my choice. She updated me on what she was doing throughout and gave great instruction. She's so lovely and had a nice chat and gave me after care tools and information. I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

I came in for a blow-dry the added brow shaping and couldn’t be happier with the results. My hair looked sleek and full of volume, and my brows were shaped beautifully natural but defined. The staff were kind, professional, and made me feel really comfortable. Highly recommend!

What a great course. I trained in Lash Lifting, Brow Lamination tinting & waxing course !! I enjoyed it so much left feeling confident and full of knowledge the kits included with the course are really good full of everything you need. Would definitely recommend !!! I travelled back and fourth from Bristol for this course and genuinely felt excited for the 2 hours drive every morning so I could get into the course. I had a great time with Sarah. I walked out of the place with full confidence as the courses were quite hands on and the life time support makes me feel so good about starting this new chapter of SPMU. The course felt so relaxed and chill with the laughs we all had and the 3 days went by so quickly. Will definitely keep coming back!
